Wondering how our coffee
cart works?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW OUR MOBILE ESPRESSO
BAR WORKS
-
Think of it as bringing your favorite coffee shop directly to your event. We show up with a full espresso bar, get everything ready before your guests arrive, and spend the whole time making handcrafted specialty drinks to order. No pre-made carafes, no drop-off and disappear. Professional baristas, high-quality equipment, and a mobile setup that works anywhere: corporate offices, indoor wedding venues, outdoor private parties, and everything in between. It becomes one of those things people talk about on the drive home.

We show up about an hour before your event starts, get the bar set up and dialed in, and we're ready to go before your first guest walks through the door. From there, people come up to the cart, order their drink, and we make it right there. Lattes, cappuccinos, specialty drinks, all made by your own personal barista. You don't have to think about a thing. We handle the whole bar from setup to the last drink.
-
Everything is covered upfront as part of your event package. Your guests walk up, order whatever they want, and walk away with a great drink. No cards, no cash, no awkward moments at the cart. It's one of the things our clients love most about the experience.
-
Pricing is based on how long you need us and the size of your event. Instead of sending you a generic auto-reply, our quote calculator builds a real custom quote around your specific event. Plug in your details and you'll have pricing right away. And if you have questions, a real person gets back to you fast.
-
We scale to fit your event. Our packages start at one hour of service for groups up to 50 people, and we can go much larger than that for corporate events and big celebrations. However many guests you have, the goal is always the same: great hospitality, great service, and a great drink in every hand without a long wait.
-
We arrive about an hour before your event starts. That gives us enough time to get the cart in place, dial in the espresso, and make sure everything is running perfectly before your first guest shows up. By the time people start walking in, we're ready to go. And when the event wraps up, we break everything down and get out of your way.
-
Everything. We show up completely self-contained. That means our La Marzocco espresso machine, Fiorenzato grinder, all the ingredients, cups, syrups, and a professional barista who knows how to use all of it. You provide the venue, a standard wall outlet, and the guests. We handle the rest.
Booking & Logistics

Yes, and it's one of our favorite things to do. We can put your logo on the front of the cart, on the cups, and design a custom menu board to match your event. For corporate clients it becomes a brand moment. For weddings it adds a personal touch people actually notice. Either way it looks great and makes the whole setup feel like it was built specifically for you.

We'd say as soon as you can. Dates tend to go quickly and the earlier you reach out the better your chance of locking in your date. That said, last minute inquiries are always welcome and we'll do everything we can to make it happen. Jump on the quote tool and we'll get back to you fast.

We’re based in Shreveport, but we do travel to Tyler Texas, Texarkana, and Monroe. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just ask. The answer is usually yes.
Menu & experience
-
Espresso-based drinks are our specialty. Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, hot chocolate, chai lattes, all made to order. We're probably best known for our house-made syrups though, especially the vanilla bean latte. People come back for that one. We also offer cold brew, matcha lattes, and cold foam as add-ons. Hot or iced, we've got you covered.
-
Absolutely. This is something we really enjoy doing. Whether you want a signature drink named after the bride and groom, a menu that matches your company colors, or a specific flavor you've been dreaming about, we'll make it happen. Just tell us what you're thinking when you reach out and we'll build something around it.

Honestly? The reviews say it better than we can. 50+ five-star ratings from real clients across Northern Louisiana and East Texas. We show up on time, we make exceptional coffee, and we treat every event like it matters. We make every syrup in house, and we make the whole process easy from the first quote to the last cup. That's what keeps people coming back and what gets us referrals.
