We recommend booking 3-6 months out for weddings and 4-6 weeks for corporate or private events, especially during peak spring and summer seasons.

Functionally, nothing — both describe a mobile espresso bar that comes to your event. We operate a cart-based setup, which gives us more flexibility for indoor venues, tight spaces, and rooftop or lakefront locations around southeast Wisconsin.

Each cart serves 50-60 guests per hour, so we can comfortably handle everything from an intimate wedding cocktail hour to a large corporate all-hands.

Yes—we also serve Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, Oconomowoc, Madison, Wisconsin Dells, La Crosse, and Oak Creek. As a mobile espresso bar, we’re able to bring the Field Table Coffee experience wherever your event is happening. If your celebration takes us beyond these cities, we’d love the opportunity to travel and make it part of the experience.
