we’re a little obsessed with the details.

I grew up outside Green Bay, moved to Milwaukee, and built a career in supply chain—the kind of work where you learn to anticipate what a business needs before they ask. Four years ago, my husband's military orders moved us to Louisiana, and Field Table Coffee started as my way of putting that same instinct to work in a new place. Now we're moving home to Wisconsin and bringing everything we've built with us.

I'm a woman business owner and a military spouse, and both shape how I run this company: military life teaches you to set up fast, adapt on the spot, and make a new place feel like it's actually yours—exactly what a coffee cart has to do at every single event. The supply chain background means every detail gets handled before you even notice it needed handling.

The coffee has to be crazy delicious. The hospitality has to feel warm and genuine. And every event should feel like it was built around your vision, not ours.

Every event is hand-curated to complement the occasion and showcase your hospitality as the host. From the drinks we serve to the way we welcome each guest, we sweat the small stuff, so you don't have to.

Our service is completely hands-off and all-inclusive. We handle the custom details, setup, drink service, and cleanup—so you can be fully present for the people you invited. Consider it our version of white-glove service.

We were on the hunt for a coffee bar service for my daughter’s wedding and I came across them, although they were located about an hour or more away. The distance was not an issue and communication with Courtney from the start was both easy and comforting, she was on top of it! I was also happy to support their military roots as we are a military family as well. When the time came to choose menu items, design labels, make final arrangements and pay, Courtney made it all so seamless and she was such a joy to work with. She also coordinated with our planner, so their arrival and departure was smooth and unnoticeable. Guests raved about the coffee (I’m a bit of a coffee snob, and it was top notch!) and I had three cinnamon brown sugar shaken espressos myself! The line was continuous throughout the evening and they kept up with the pace quickly and easily.
