  3. If we have to cancel for any reason within our control, we'll refund all payments in full, including the deposit.

Allergens and dietary needs

  1. Our tiramisu contains dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, and caffeine, and may contain alcohol. Our kitchen also handles [nuts, soy, and other common allergens].

  2. Gluten-free, alcohol-free, or decaf versions are made with care, but we cannot guarantee they are free of cross-contact.

  3. You are responsible for telling us about guest allergies and for informing your guests about allergens.

  4. Our tiramisu is made with tempered eggs, gently cooked during preparation, never raw. Guests who are pregnant, elderly, very young, or immunocompromised should check with you before eating.

  5. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues when the Client did not disclose the need or guests chose to eat items not prepared for them.

Food safety, storage and leftovers

  1. Tiramisu is perishable and must stay refrigerated. Once delivered, it should be served within [2] hours, or within [1] hour outdoors when it's above 90°F.

  2. After delivery or setup, the Client and venue are responsible for proper storage and serving times.

  3. We are not responsible for product quality or safety if the tiramisu is left out past these limits, stored improperly, or handled by others after we leave.

  4. Leftovers may be packaged for the Client if requested in advance. Once leftovers leave our care, they are the Client's responsibility. We recommend refrigerating them right away and eating them within [24] hours.

Delivery, setup and venue

  1. Delivery will arrive within the window agreed in your confirmation. The Client must provide an onsite contact and accurate venue access details.

  2. If we can't access the venue or reach the onsite contact at the agreed time, we'll wait up to [30] minutes. After that, we may leave the order with venue staff or return it, with no refund.

  3. The Client or venue provides a stable table for the display unless a table rental is included in your quote.

  4. Display pieces we provide (stands, risers, signage, serving utensils) remain our property. Missing or damaged items are billed at replacement cost.

  5. The Client is responsible for confirming that we're allowed to deliver and serve at the venue, and for providing any vendor or insurance (COI) requirements at least [14] days before the event.

Liability, weather and unforeseen events

  1. Outdoor events must have a shaded or covered area for dessert service. If conditions are unsafe for perishable food, we may adjust or delay setup.

  2. If severe weather, road closures, illness, or other events outside our control prevent us from delivering, we'll offer a credit toward a future date or a refund of payments beyond the deposit.

  3. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount the Client paid for the tiramisu order.

  4. The Client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage guests cause to our property.

Photos and agreement

  1. We may photograph our display and product at your event for our website and social media (@fieldtablecoffee). We won't post photos of guests without permission. Let us know in writing if you'd prefer we don't post anything.

  2. This agreement, together with your quote and event confirmation, is the full agreement between us. Any changes must be in writing.

  3. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
